Brady Fulton graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 1992 and the Chicago-Kent College of Law with honors in 1996, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Brady joined the firm after his graduation from law school, and focused his practice on patent and trade secret litigation.
From 1997 to 1999, Brady served as a law clerk to Judge Ann Claire Williams in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where he assisted with hundreds of federal civil and criminal cases, including several intellectual property matters. During 1999 and 2000, Brady clerked for Judge William J. Bauer in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, where he worked on federal civil and criminal appeals. After completing his clerkships, Brady joined the law firm of Jenner & Block, where he concentrated on commercial litigation involving securities, genetically modified food products, and electrical power utilities. In 2002, Brady returned to the firm, and now focuses on patent, trademark, and trade secret litigation. Brady has argued and prevailed in many federal and state pretrial and appellate disputes, including before the Seventh Circuit.
Brady is a guest-lecturer at Chicago-Kent College of Law on federal trial and appellate practice, and the federal judiciary. Brady also co-authored "The Federal Judicial Selection Process," published in Vol. I of A Treatise on Compared Judicial Organization.
