07.15.08: Niro Firm First Again

For the second time in 3 years our firm was ranked number 1 in plaintiff patent infringement suits filed in the United States.  In 2007, the Niro firm filed 48 patent infringement suits.  Our closest competition Fish & Richardson – filed only 37 and third place was 25.

What does this all mean?  Really two things:

1. We are not afraid to pursue infringement claims for our clients and to take cases to trial;
2. We have clients whose patents are being infringed and who are willing to take the chance of enforcing them. 

No one does more patent infringement cases on the inventor’s side than we do.  That’s why we registered this slogan as our trademark:
